Skechers Performance Run 2025

1. Registrations for the Skechers Performance Run 2025 ("Event") will be done online through the link https://skechersgorunclub.in/grc-event  on first come first serve basis. Offline & On the Spot registration will not be accepted at any point of time.
2. Last date of registration for Bengaluru is 5^th December 2025 and Mumbai, Delhi , Pune, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad is 10^th December 2025, beyond which no registration will be accepted.
3. The age restriction for the Event is 18 years and above. A person below the age of 18 years is not eligible to participate for the Event.
4. Upon successful registration, registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, and no requests for cancellation of registration or refund will be entertained under any circumstances.
5. Skechers reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reasons.
6. The participants who have completed their run shall be entitled to receive a medal. The participants shall ensure to collect their medal from the venue only. In case participant doesn’t collect the medal from the venue, Skechers will not be liable to provide medals post Event date.
7. Skechers reserves the right to disqualify any participant and/or nullify his or her result if there is any violation of the terms and conditions on the part of participant during the Event.
8. By registering for the Event, the participant confirms that he/she is physically and mentally fit to participate in the Event.
9. No transportation or travel reimbursement will be provided to any participant to and from the Event venue.
10. Participants acknowledge that there are risks involved in running on roads, contact with other participants, effects of the weather including high heat, rain or humidity, traffic and the condition of the road, arson or terrorist threats and all other risks associated with a public event, notwithstanding the adequacy or otherwise of arrangements for traffic control, medical and other services made available by Skechers, their representatives and/or public authorities, the risks associated in the Event are fully assumed by participants and Skechers shall not be liable for the same.
11. Participant confirm that he/she is aware of the inherent risks while participating in the Event including fatigue (mental or physical), trauma (mental or physical), bodily injury, death, or loss of property.
12. Participants are required to follow the instructions given by Skechers, their representative and race officials during the Event. Skechers reserves the right to remove any participant from the Event who refuse to follow instructions of the race officials during the Event.
13. Participants are required to observe highest standards of conduct at all times. Using bad language, physical violence, threats, or any misconduct during participation in the Event is strictly prohibited. Skechers reserves the right to initiate appropriate action including disqualification from the Event against the participants violating the terms of Event and Skechers shall not be liable for any claims of participants against such action by Skechers.
14. All participants are prohibited from bringing or using tobacco products, alcohol, and drugs of any kind during the Event.
15. Participants grant Skechers an irrevocable right to publish pictures and image material etc., recorded/clicked during or around the time of the Event, in which the Participant is visible for the purpose of promotion or marketing without any consideration.
16. Participants acknowledge and agree that their personal information can be stored and used by Skechers in connection with the organization, promotion, and administration of the Event and for the compilation of statistical information. Data will be used for Event related communication as well as promotional and marketing communications. 17. The rights and benefits available to the participant under this Event are at the sole discretion of Skechers and cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances. The participant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising out of such confirmation of participation.
18. Participants hereby agree and declare that he/she is in good health and have no physical condition that would endanger his/her life while participating in the Event. It shall be the responsibility of the participants to obtain appropriate medical advice to ensure that there is no risks involved in participation for the Event. Skechers and/or its vendors, contractors, sponsors, or any stakeholder directly or indirectly connected to the said Event, will not be held liable for any bodily harm, injury, accidents, or death or for any loss of or damage to personal property arising while participating in the Event.
19. Skechers reserves the right to amend/withdraw/terminate/cancel any part of/or the entire Event.
20. Participants shall indemnify Skechers and/or its vendors, contractors, etc., against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses incurred by Skechers, its vendors, contractors due to any claim or action initiated by any person(s) against Skechers, its vendors, contractors, etc. due to any acts attributable to the Participants.
21. Skechers will arrange basic first aid at the Event site. By participating in the Event, the participant consents to first aid or any emergency medical treatment deemed advisable by the onsite medical team or emergency responders. All costs associated with such treatment, including hospitalization or further medical care, shall be borne solely by the participant.
22. Participants confirm that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, any of the force majeure or restriction by authority, Skechers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone/alter the Event. No claims shall be referred to Skechers in this regard. Skechers' decision in this regard shall be final.
23. By registering for the Event, participants agree to have read, understood and accepted the privacy policy available at https://www.skechers.in/privacy-policy.html and provide consent to the collection, use, processing and disclosure (including with third party service providers, to the extent necessary) of your personal information for the purposes provided in the privacy policy. Further, in the event of a change in the law applicable to data protection in India, participants expressly consent to the continued use, storage, collection and disclosure of their personal information by Skechers and agree to provide such additional consents and approvals, in such form and manner, as may be requested by Skechers. Should participants choose to not provide Skechers with such additional consents and approvals, Skechers may need to alter the terms of their registrations.
24. Skechers reserves all the right to add, alter, modify, change withdraw or vary the terms and conditions at any point of time without assigning any reason or any intimation whatsoever.
25. All disputes relating to the Event are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
